Deborah Ancona is the Seley Distinguished Professor of Management and Director of the MIT Leadership Center, Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. She is the author, with Henrik Bresman, of X-Teams: How to Build Teams That Innovate, Lead and Succeed (Harvard Business School Press, 2007).
